Adoption Link, Inc., the Court granted a writ of prohibition against the Greene County Juvenile Court judge’s termination of C.V.’s parental rights and denied a writ of prohibition against the Greene County Probate Court judge, allowing the probate court to consider the adoption of N.V., as long as C.V. has the opportunity to participate in the case.
